Belgrade, July 16, 2018. - Delta Holding's revenues in the first six months of this year amounted to RSD 30.1 billion, and EBITDA 2.6 billion dinars. The largest share was realized by Delta Agrar (47%), followed by Delta Distribution (32%). 5.4 billion dinars were paid to the budget of the Republic of Serbia.
Delta Holding has published and presented the 9th Corporate Social Responsibility Report for 2017. The accuracy of the data contained in the Report, at the request of the Company, was verified by KPMG audit company.
“The importance of life-long learning and transferring knowledge to those who need it for career development or starting their own business is promoted on a daily basis. During 2017, we had 40.500 hours of training, and within Young Leaders project, we hired 58 young people who were given an opportunity to study and work in their own country” said Marija Desivojević Cvetković, Delta Holding Senior Vice President for Strategy and Development.
Delta Foundation awarded nine new grants within its Program “Plantation for Future” to the social entrepreneurship projects in the area of agriculture. The value of donations in this year’s competition of “Plantation for Future” is more than five million dinars so that the total amount of aid in the three-year period since the establishment of the Program has reached almost thirty million dinars.
Delta Holding and Delta Foundation, in cooperation with Trag Foundation, have opened a new advertisement for their project “Plantation for Future” with the aim of supporting agricultural development in Serbia. The total of 6 million dinars will be donated to social enterprises in the public advertisement which will be open from 1st February to 23rd February 2018.
