Delta Holding submitted an offer for the purchase of Sava Center today, at a public tender announced by the City of Belgrade. With the offer, Delta confirmed its readiness to accept the price of 17.5 million euros and the obligatory investments of 50 million euros, which were set as a condition in the public tender. According to the estimates of foreign consultants hired by Delta, the investment for the renovation of Sava Center will be more than 60 million euros.
(Belgrade, 25th of September): Delta Holding did not bid for the purchase of the Sava Centre in the second tender, which was closed today. The price of 21.9 million euros and investment of 60 million euros, that our consultants consider obligatory, make this investment unprofitable in a reasonable amount of time.
The City of Belgrade announced the sale of the Congressional Sava Center at the starting price of 27 million euros and mandatory investment of additional 50 million euros.

Delta Holding’s total turnover in 2019 was worth 60.45 billion RSD, with a 4% increase comparing to the previous year. EBITDA is worth 5.23 billion RSD, which represents an increase of 9%.
