Delta Holding started a cycles of employing and educating young staff. Public advertisement is completely conducted online. The selection is done in several phases.

Within the “Young Leaders programme”, the selected candidates are working in our company and go through a series of additional trainings, while familiarising themselves with the business practice and the system in which they work.
