Aleksandar graduated from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade.

He has been working at Delta since 2001. He had been in the sectors of New product development for Delta In detergent factory and Sunce Oil Factory, holding the position of Development Director for food factories (Danubius, Yuhor, Florida Bel and Mioni), Delta Agrar Group Investment Director, Calido Cafe Factory Director, Delta Real Estate Project Director, and since 2019, he has held the position of the Director of the Dunavka Oil Factory.

Aleksandar speaks English.

He is married and has a son and a daughter.
