Regional Expansion

Delta Holding has subsidiaries in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania and the European Union (EU). It is the first Serbian company to make major investments in the EU market with acquisition of the Piccadilly retail chain in Bulgaria and investment in a shopping mall in Slovenia. Also, Delta Holding has fruit and vegetable distribution center in Russia.

Delta Maxi Group has succeeded in setting new standards in Serbian retail markets and spreading its retail concept out of borders of Serbia. Delta Maxi Group is also present in the following countries: Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Bulgaria.

Major investments in the EU market include the acquisitions of the Piccadilly retail chain in Bulgaria and a shopping mall in Slovenia. In Montenegro the Delta City Podgorica shopping mall is being built as well as four Maxi supermarkets. In Bosnia and Herzegovina Delta Holding has recently purchased the Tropic retail chain.

Also, Delta Agrar has fruit and vegetable distribution center in Russia.

Generali Group decided to conduct the expansion of their businesses in the entire Balkan region through Serbian subsidiary Delta Generali.

Delta Sport Group is the exclusive distributor of Nike and other leading sports brands in the region (Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania). Delta Sporet has furthermore signed a franchise agreement with Costa Coffee to open up shops in countres of ex-Yugoslavia and Albania.
