Delta M Group works in all areas of the real estate sector including research, construction, site analysis, commissioning and marketing of building works.

The current focus of investments is shopping malls, retail parks and mixed and residential-use land.

The Delta City shopping mall in Belgrade was opened in October 2007. It has a total shopping area of 85,000 m2 and holds 130 stores. One third of the brands available at the mall made their first appearence on the Serbian market through this shopping centre.

The estimated value of Delta Real Estate projects is 826.3 million Euros.

Major investment in the EU market was investment in a shopping mall in Slovenia.

In the next years, the focus will be on real estate investments in the countries of Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
