Delta M Group owns 16,000 hectares of arable land in primary agricultural production. Delta Agrar manages business activities in crop farming, animal production, fish breeding, as well as in the production of fruits and vegetables. In the area of trading in agricultural products, the company engages in the marketing of cereals and oil plants, meat and livestock. In the field of distribution, Delta Agrar distributes in cooperation with the world leading producers for pesticides, seeds, animal feed, agricultural machinery and mineral fertilizers. Furthermore, the company has own network of retail agricultural pharmacies.

Delta Agrar partners with many leading global companies in many different sectors of agribusiness, including Syngenta, BASF, Pioneer, Bayer CropScience, Nufarm, DanBred, Plastro, Valmont, Deutz-Fahr, Amazone, Accord, Kverneland Group, Summit Agro International, etc.
The strategic aim of Delta M Group is the further implementation of the most modern technological processes and machinery in agricultural production.

Delta Agrar opened new fruit and vegetable distribution center in Russia.

Food Processing

The activites of Delta M Group in food processing include meat production in the Yuhor Jagodina factory, bottling of mineral water under the brand name Gala at the Mioni factory, production of pasta and flour at the Danubius factory, Jumbo appetizers, Fun and Fit cereals and coffee production under Amato and Lira brand.


The expected turnover for 2010 is 340.6 million Euros.
