Delta Sport Group was established in 1993. The company’s core business is trade, wholesale and retail sales in sports, fashion and the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering (HoReCa) industry in the Balkans.

Delta Sport employs over 2,000 staff.

Delta Sport Group is the exclusive distributor of Nike and other leading sports brands in the region. Also represents the urban sports concept brand Buzz and the Sport Impuls shops, a chain of multi-brand sports equipment stores.

The company is a franchise partner of the Dutch fashion brand Mexx and the Spanish Inditex brands Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear, Stradivarius, Bershka and Oysho. Delta Sport Group also represents the Canadian brand Aldo, one of the leading fashion footwear and accessories brands in the world. In the house of lifestyle brands, Delta Sports Group has the reputable Italian lingerie and underwear brand Yamamay.

Delta Fashion, member of Delta Sport Group has established partnerships with the brands Escada Sport, Iana, Monsoon, Monsoon Children, Accessorize and Sergent Major. Delta Fashion is also producer of Staff Uniforms.

Furthermore, Delta Sport Group has a 15-year franchise contract with Costa Coffee, one of the leading global coffee shop chains for countries of ex-Yugoslavia and Albania.

The expected turnover for 2010 is 175.6 million Euros.


Regional Expansion

Delta Sport Group is an exclusive distributor of Nike for Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania. Furthermore, Spanish fashion group Inditex granted Delta Sport Group the exclusive right to represent all of its brands in countries of ex-Yugoslavia and Albania, making Delta Sport Group the only company in Europe with such an exclusive contract.

Delta Sport Group also represents the Dutch fashion brand Mexx in the Serbian, Montenegrin and Bosnian markets and the Italian Yamamay chain in the Serbian and Montenegrin markets. Furthermore, the Canadian footwear and accessories company Aldo signed a franchise contract with Delta Sport Group for all the Balkan countries.

Delta Sport Group is Costa Coffee’s franchise partner for countries of ex-Yugoslavia and Albania.
