Delta Holding is divided into five separate companies: Delta Agrar Group, Delta Real Estate Group, Delta Distribution, Delta Sport and Delta Generali Insurance.

Delta Holding operates on markets of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, European Union (EU), Russia and Switzerland. It is the first Serbian company to make major investments in the EU market. Also, Delta Holding has fruit and vegetable distribution center in Russia.

According to preliminary results, in 2012, the Group’s turnover reached 630.5 million Euros. By the end of 2013, the company aims to reach a target of 700 million Euros in revenue. Delta Holding employs 7,200 staff.
Company History
Delta Company was founded on 4th February 1991 at the time when state and social ownership and large state foreign trade companies dominated the market of then SFR of Yugoslavia. Delta Company was one of the first private companies started up in Serbia.
Delta is founded and led by Miroslav Mišković. At its start-up it had five employees out of which four trainees.
After 20 years of successful busines, Delta Holding was officially ranked as the largest company in Serbia, based on revenue earnings in 2009. This was confirmed at the presentation of a special list of the Top 300 largest companies which is traditionally published by the Serbian magazine, Ekonomist. Delta Holding was the first private company to have taken the lead in Serbian business. State owned companies NIS adn EPS were behind Delta.
Among the hundred largest companies in the Adriatic region, which, besides Serbia, is made up of Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and ranked by their revenues in year 2009, Delta Holding was the fifth largest company in region.
