Delta Holding is the biggest private company in Serbia and second largest company overall in the country. Delta Holding is divided into five separate companies: Delta M Group, Delta Generali Insurance, Delta Sport Group, Delta MC Group, Delta Star Group.

Regional Expansion

Delta Holding has subsidiaries in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania and the European Union (EU). It is the first Serbian company to make major investments in the EU market with acquisition of the Piccadilly retail chain in Bulgaria and investment in a shopping mall in Slovenia. Also, Delta Holding has fruit and vegetable distribution center in Russia.

The company owes its continuing success to modern management and working practices, the assimilation of international experience and to a knowledgeable and expert workforce who can react quickly, efficiently and boldly. The results achieved so far have created a sound basis for the stable operation of the whole system.

Delta Holding employs over 24,000 staff. In 2009, the Group’s turnover reached 2.5 billion Euros, which is equivalent to more than10 per cent of Serbia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). By the end of 2010, the company aims to reach a target of 3 billion Euros in revenue.
